Stone Cold Material was founded in 2023 by Jamal Collins in Cleveland, Ohio. What started as a vision became a fully operational civil contracting company in under a year.

Jamal's roots run deep in the industry. His family has operated Midkam Truckingfor decades — giving him 13+ years of hands-on industry experience before SCM ever broke ground. He didn't just inherit knowledge; he built on it.

Today, SCM is a full-service civil contractor serving Northeast Ohio — from Cleveland to the surrounding 40-mile radius. We handle excavation, demolition, site prep, trucking, underground utilities, crushing, screening, and material delivery.
